Approved Training Provider
Authorization for an accountable organization to deliver named CISCM or CISCM-recognized programs within a stated scope. Approval considers due diligence, trainers, delivery controls, assessment integrity, learner information, support, reporting, branding and monitoring.
Approved Delivery Centre
Authorization for a named site to operate under an approved parent or provider. The approval should define who controls admissions, delivery, assessment, certification, complaints, records, data, marketing and corrective action.
Scope Must State
legal entity and approved trading name;
physical and virtual delivery sites;
territories;
delivery modes;
subject domains and named programs;
languages;
approved trainers, assessors or moderators where applicable; and
delivery, technology, recruitment, academic or market partners.
Material Changes
Approved organizations must notify CISCM of changes that may affect quality or authority, including ownership, legal name, senior leadership, site, platform, delivery country, partner, credential, assessment model, curriculum, learner volume, closure, insolvency, serious complaint, data breach, sanction or adverse regulatory action.
