How CISCM Handles Complaints

All complaints are handled through a structured process to ensure fairness, thoroughness and accountability.

Acknowledgement

The complaint is received and acknowledged within a defined period.

Initial Assessment

The complaint is reviewed to determine if it falls within CISCM's jurisdiction.

Investigation

Relevant evidence is gathered and assessed. All parties may be contacted.

Findings

A summary of findings is prepared based on the evidence.

Decision

A decision is made and both parties are informed of the outcome.

Remedy

If upheld, appropriate remedial action is determined and implemented.

Closure

The complaint is formally closed and records are retained.
