Refund Policy

1. General Policy

This policy applies to all training programs unless otherwise stated in program-specific terms.

2. Individual Training Programs

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation
• Administrative or processing fees may apply

3. Corporate Training Programs

Corporate and customized training programs are generally non-refundable once confirmed, due to planning and resource allocation.

4. Non-Attendance

No refunds are provided for non-attendance without prior cancellation.

5. Program Changes or Cancellations

If CISCM cancels or reschedules a program, participants may be offered an alternative date or refund, at CISCM’s discretion.
